What's Included in Your
Outdoor Kitchen
An outdoor kitchen is more than a grill. It’s a strong base, gas lines, counters, and a place to gather. Here’s what we build for you.
3D Design First
Our in-house design team shows you a 3D layout. You see your kitchen before we dig.
A Strong Masonry Base
We build a solid footing and frame, so your island won't crack or sink in the SoCal sun.
Built-In Grill & Storage
We fit your built-in grill, counters, fridge, and storage doors to the way you cook.
Gas Line Installation
We size and run the gas or propane line ourselves. Then we get it inspected.

Built-In Grills, Counters, and Storage
The grill island is the part you use every week. We frame it with block or steel. Then we cover it in real stone or pavers that match your home. Counters are concrete, granite, or porcelain, so they can take the heat and sun all year.
- Stone veneer that matches your house
- Counters made for heat and sun
- Trash pull-outs, doors, and fridge space
Our Design-to-Build Process, From Layout to Permits
Fewer handoffs mean fewer surprises. One team takes your outdoor kitchen from idea to first cookout.
Free Design Visit
We measure on-site, then excavate 3–4 inches. In heavy clay we dig deeper to break the compaction layer. All excavated soil is hauled off your property.
3D Layout & Materials
You see a 3D layout. Then you pick your stone, counters, and grill. We set your price after you choose.
Permits & HOA Approval
We draw the plans, pull the permits, and file your HOA paperwork. You don't have to chase anyone.
Build
Our crew digs the footing, runs the gas line, builds the masonry, and sets the stone. No subcontractors.
Final Walkthrough
We test every burner and appliance with you. Then we walk you through your warranty.
Test & Walk Through
We run a hose at storm rate to test drainage, then check every seam and edge with you. Your dogs can use the yard the same day.

Permits and HOA Approval for Outdoor Kitchens
Most cities need a permit for gas, electric, and masonry work. Most HOAs want to see your plans too. We look up the rules for your address. Then we send in the drawings and paperwork for you. Doing it right the first time means no tearing out stone later.
- Permit drawings made and filed for you
- HOA plans, specs, and color samples
- Gas line route shown and hidden

Pet Turf Questions We Hear Most
Do I need a permit for an outdoor kitchen in Riverside or Orange County?
Most cities need a permit for gas, electric, and masonry work. The rules change from city to city. We look up the rules for your address before we send in any plans.
Do I need HOA approval for an outdoor kitchen?
In most HOA communities, yes. The committee checks your plans, materials, and colors. We get the paperwork ready and file it for you.
Can I use my outdoor kitchen all year in Southern California?
Yes. Our weather rarely gets too cold to cook outside. Many homeowners here use it like a second kitchen.
What counters work best for an outdoor kitchen?
We use concrete, granite, or porcelain. All three hold up to heat and strong sun, which matters because your counters live outside every day of the year.
Who runs the gas line for my outdoor kitchen?
We do. Our crew digs the trench, sizes the line, places the shutoff valve, and sets up the inspection. No home near a gas line? We can hook up propane instead. We do.
